Lainston House is a 17th Century luxury hotel tucked away in 63 acres of rural Hampshire countryside, offering luxurious stays and award-winning dining.

The Lainston House approached Hoopla Marketing to help create awareness of their luxury hotel, tap into new audiences and to drive bookings online.

Challenge

Lainston House wanted to utilise influencers to create awareness of their luxury hotel, and create engaging content that would showcase the overall customer experience.

The Hotel then wanted us to promote this influencer created content via targeted social media ads to drive awareness, engagement, website traffic and bookings.

Solution

We researched and developed organic and authentic relationships with key luxury lifestyle and travel influencers that had an engaged following which matched Lainston House’s target audience.

We invited local influencers to visit their hotel and only engaged influencers who carried true authority in their niche, and also had a passion for creating engaging content for their followers.

We managed the rollout of the campaign across the influencer network including personalised invitations and providing detailed creative briefs for the influencers to help with the development of their content.

Social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok where then put in place to amplify the influencer content to key target audiences to drive awareness, engagement, website traffic and bookings.

At the end of the campaign we reported on all available metrics and we also collected all of the content that had been produced over the campaign period.
